Freelance Job: Website/Shop

We seek an experienced web developer to revamp our existing site into an elegant online storefront devoid of a content management system. Our goal is to provide our clients an intuitive shopping experience while retaining the professional aesthetic of our brand. The new website must integrate a full-featured shopping cart and payment processing. A clean, modern design showcasing our products and services in an visually appealing manner is paramount. User experience design principles should simplify navigation between categories, individual items, and checkout. Administrative functions for managing inventory, orders, and reports must be well-organized and intuitive to use. Security and privacy standards will be highly prioritized. Site speed and cross-browser/device compatibility are also essential for optimizing conversions. While maintaining our current domain, the developer will build the site framework from scratch without a content management backend like WordPress. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as server-side languages like PHP or ASP.NET is expected.
