We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketer based in Romania to help us accelerate our growth, optimize our marketing strategies, and expand our reach across multiple channels.

Your Role

As our Senior Growth Marketer, you'll drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing funnels, and explore new growth channels. You'll work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic
• Developing and executing email marketing strategies
• Overseeing partnership and influencer marketing programs
• Optimizing website conversion rates through landing page testing, A/B testing, and UX improvements
• Identifying and testing new marketing channels like newsletter sponsorships and other emerging platforms
• Supporting the creative team with performance insights and helping develop high-converting ad concepts
• Tracking key performance metrics and using data to inform budget allocation and marketing decisions
• Implementing customer retention and re-activation strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
• Managing organic social media presence to build brand awareness and community
• Working with Google Analytics and other measurement tools to track performance and generate insights

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and obsessed with finding efficient ways to scale marketing efforts.

You Should Have:

• 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with focus on performance marketing for service platforms, ecom or agencies
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising
• Experience developing email marketing campaigns and automation flows
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
• Ability to establish and manage partnership and influencer relationships
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools
• Experience managing organic social media strategies
• A data-driven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a remote environment
