The role - HR ServiceNow Lead

In this role, you will advise leading companies in the design and implementation of HR Transformation projects with a focus on HR Customer Experience and the digitalization of the HR function in the areas of HR Operations/HR SSC, HR processes and technologies (Service Management and Emerging Technologies, such as ServiceNow, Robotics, AI and VR).

Your profile

• You completed your studies in economics, IT or (business) informatics or similar
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in HR (technology) Consulting or equivalent environment with a focus on digitalization and innovation
• You have gathered expertise in HR Service Management Tools, Emerging Technologies, Analytics and/or further innovative Tools for the digitalization of the HR function
• You have full working proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
