Requirements
Ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach.
At least 7–10 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency, including significant time in client-facing roles.
Fluency in English - at least C1 level.
Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions.
Proven track record in senior account management or client services roles with increasing responsibilities.
Experience working across diverse industries (e.g., FMCG, tech, healthcare, etc.) and familiarity with client needs in those sectors. Ability to build long-term relationships with Clients.
Experience in managing and mentoring account teams, fostering collaboration, and motivating staff to achieve goals.
Analytical mindset to evaluate challenges and deliver strategic, actionable solutions.
Handling high-value accounts (preferably including Fortune 500 or blue-chip clients), with demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
Revenue Management: Budgeting and forecasting for accounts.
Proven track record of developing and growing clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view
Implementing business strategies, designed plans and procedures
Introducing and improving internal processes in the assigned area
Automating tasks and implementing new tools to increase efficiency
Adapting global standards to assigned accounts
Fostering and promoting company culture and values, ensuring smooth communication
Representing the company board in the appropriate manner
Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, growing assigned accounts and improving continuously the overall client experience
Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, providing feedback and performance review, encouraging to professional growth
Supporting and mentoring team members in building and maintaining good and professional relationships with clients in local market analysis
Identification of growth opportunities and delivery of high-quality projects
Oversee work of the team, KPIs, projects delivery, morale, retention rate, recruitment and regional onboarding processes
Managing budgets, optimising costs and increasing profits, tracking people capacity
Maintaining adequate margins on clients and for the financial result, reporting the outcome to the company's board
Making sure the accounts are profitable and are growing
