AI Expert

BMW Financial Services Nederland provides Europe-wide services in the area of fleet management and offers an application to fleet managers to gain insight into the customer's fleet, such as:

• Fleet CO2 consumption
• Overview of ending contracts
• Maintenance costs
• And more

In total, over 30,000 customers are using the application. To provide a simplified approach, BMW FS has enhanced the application with an AI-Assistant, which queries the database based on a prompt from the logged-in user.

We are looking to enhance the existing AI-Assistant with additional functionality by:

• Enabling it to create and save widgets on the user dashboard
• Empowering it to advise specific actions to the customer based on their data

Therefore, we are looking for an AI Expert with the following skills or experience:

• 
  More than 3 years of Python development in a corporate environment
• Extensive knowledge of modern frameworks e.g. LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure & services (preferably AWS), e.g. Terraform, Jenkins, AWS ECS, S3, and Lambda.
• Corporate scale experience with integration of Vector databases
• Professional experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) especially OpenAI's GPT and Huggingface models
• Experience with further Natural language processing (NLP) algorightms a strong advantage
• You are pragmatic and value-focused, e.g. not afraid to work with existing solutions to reduce time-to-market.
• You are able to communicate effectively with technical and business counter partners.
