Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Job requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in Project Management
• Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving commercial-off-the-shelf software deployments, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties and/or SaaS projects
• Managed minimum 5 data protection projects
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration projects
• A minimum of 5 year of experience in working in a highly regulated public/government environment or EU institutions or bodies
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management
• Delivered at least 1 CPaaS Project End-to end (from project initiation till go live)
• Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
• Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals.
• Certification: PM Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or PM2 (intermediate level at least, not Foundation)
• Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrations, e.g. with an example of a service integration with a third party service provider
• Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services
• Good knowledge of data migration concepts and strategies
• Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles
• Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies
• Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies, i.e. (virtual) infrastructure, containers, connectivity and environments
