Role Overview
As a Technical Support / Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment gateway and related systems. Your daily responsibilities will include configuring terminals, managing routing changes, communicating with merchants and banks on technical issues, monitoring integrations, testing new integrations, and analyzing transaction traffic and conversion rates. You will also work on improving transaction success rates and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and configure payment terminals.
Manage routing changes and troubleshoot issues.
Communicate with merchants and banks to resolve technical problems.
Monitor daily transaction traffic and analyze conversion rates.
Test new integrations and ensure they work smoothly.
Improve transaction success rates and system performance.
Work with the Spell platform (we’ll teach you how).
Requirements
Experience as a Technical Support / Analyst for at least 2 years.
A technical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of payment systems is a plus, but not required.
Ability to analyze data and spot trends.
Good communication skills for working with merchants and banks.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
