Your Tasks
- Building, reviewing and managing global reports as well as managing the NPS-related calculations to ensure the accurate and timely execution of the complete calculation-related processes
- Responsible for and supporting CX employees globally with text and sentiment analysis using global customer comments to develop insights and derive concrete global/local recommendations
- Creating comprehensive project documentation and supporting materials, including executive summaries, user stories, external tool requirements, and detailed timelines
- Continuous strategy optimization of the NPS-measurement concept at Schindler
- Positioning the CXOB (Customer Experience Oriented Behaviour) training as a core component of Schindler learning ecosystem and an integrated part of the comprehensive training framework
- Leading the localization of training content and collaborating with local teams to design tailored rollout strategies that address local needs while maintaining global consistency
- Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, representing all business lines, as well as local CX teams, to better understand business needs and requirements for NPS processes, reporting and analysis
What Makes You Special
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
- At least 3, ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge & understanding of CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Customer Experience Tools (e.g. Qualtrics or Medallia)
- Excellent English language skills, any other language is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Teamplayer mentality and multi-cultural understanding
- Project and time management skills
