iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Public Affairs Coordinator - Global Health VIE in our Public Affairs team you will be working both with local and global institutions to make a difference in providing healthcare in the poorest countries in the world. You will be part of a highly professional and dynamic team working across a wide range of geographies and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs).
- Monitor and analyze relevant policy developments and legislative changes.
- Prepare position papers, briefing notes, and advocacy materials to support the company's interests.
- Conduct research on global health policy issues and provide insights to the teams.
- Organize and coordinate public affairs events, including workshops and roundtable discussions.
- Manage logistics and ensure successful execution of events.
Experience
About you
- Experience in public affairs and advocacy campaigns.
Soft And Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of international health policy issues and landscape.
- Ability to work with different levels of complex organizations.
- Team player, skilled in collaboration and able to work cross-functionally but also independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver products in a timely, agile and responsive manner.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in political sciences, law, economics, medicine or pharmacy.
Languages
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- French would be an asset.
