We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Labs Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities Include
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Key requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the laboratory and administration building sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
