Labs Project Manager

- Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Labs Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
  
  

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the laboratory and administration building sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
