Construction Manager (Warehousing) - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Months Contract
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt, Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities Include
Lead and manage all warehousing construction activities, including:
Technical experience required: (cold storage, high speed automation, robotics)
Foundation and structural work
Installation of racking systems, conveyors, and other material handling equipment
Construction of temperature-controlled areas (e.g., cold rooms, freezers)
Integration of building automation systems
Monitor progress against the project timeline and proactively address any potential delays or challenges.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
