About this Position Join the Innovation Strategy and Project Management Team in Henkel Adhesive Technologies and directly influence our approach to groundbreaking ideas. Take ownership of diverse projects, from technical networks and culture initiatives to scientific events and new business opportunities. Play a key role in preparing and executing high-level management meetings.

• Collaborate on strategic business projects with our dynamic team, experiencing a rapid learning curve and fostering personal growth
• Engage directly with senior management, gaining unique insights and expanding your professional network
• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, driving results and making a tangible difference within our organization
• Expand your network by working alongside diverse regional and global teams
• Conduct impactful research, optimize project tracking and refine our tools

What makes you a good fit

• Student, who has successfully passed first semesters in business and ideally technical-related studies, e.g., in international management, business administration, dual degree of natural science or similar
• Practical and/or international experience in project management, consultancy or communication via former internships or semesters abroad
• Fluent English language skills
• Firm knowledge in MS Office applications, especially very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Entrepreneurially thinking and generate innovative ideas
• Reliable, accountable and passionate about work, with a cooperative and responsible approach
• Availability as of July for 6 months at our Headquarters in Düsseldorf

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
