Our team in Nuremberg is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the electronic and battery industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry
- Leading the Exyte construction organization on site
- Leading construction meetings with subcontractors on site
- Definition of the construction execution plan for the projects
- Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project
- Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site
- Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the client
- Report the project construction status to the company management as per corporate procedures
- Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
- Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline
- Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
Show Your Expertise
- Several years of experience in related industries (electronic and battery), EPC construction management experience or long term comparable experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
- Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies
- Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization
