Summary

eClerx is seeking an experienced Credit Operations Analyst to join our team. The Credit Operations Analyst will gather and analyze operations data for our client, a top Hedge Fund. In this role you will work with the business to design solutions and processes within the firm's proprietary data repository system. 

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the business, the analytics team, and the developers to create alignment and translate business requirements into product requirements.
• Liaising with deal analysts, legal, compliance, risk and operations team members.
• Responding to requests from the business using reports and data extracts
• Working with analysts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness in the database.
• Trouble-shooting credit shell upload errors across various teams.
• Documenting requests and improvements from the business in Wrike
• Liaising with technology team on bugs fixes and new development, including UAT prior to production release
• Collaborating with the reporting team on development and testing of new reports and enrichment to existing reports
• Working with data governance team to ensure proper data linkages

Eligibility Requirements

• 1 years of experience in credit operations in a financial institute
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of Tableau and Sigma
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Quick learner
• Team player

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
