NCHC is looking for a Behavioral Health provider to join the team to provide services within our Hardwick Are Health Center. The Behavioral Health Provider will provide coordinated team care including short-term counseling, triage, assessments and crisis management. The opportunity involves working in the primary care settings to provide integrated behavioral health services as part of our patients’ care delivery team. Addiction experiences a plus. License eligible Master’s degree required. License preferred. Supervision towards licensure possible.
