Qualifications:

Required Competencies Education/Experience - Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred. Master's degree, or SHRM certifications are a plus. - Professional – Advanced – Knowledge of professional practices related to compensation. - Minimum of 6 years compensation experience required - Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Knowledge, skills, and abilities - Ability to and familiarity working in a matrixed environment - Organizational awareness - Excellent attention to detail - Highly organized with ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced, changing environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to direct, motivate, and provide constructive feedback - Analytical thinking - Mathematical skills - Internal and External communication - Coaching and developing others through performance and employment conversations Leadership skills / Management skills / Personal skills - Change agent - Communication skills - Ability to manage and solve conflicts - Ability to analyze and synthesize - Customer oriented - Integrity
