• Assist the Service Center Director with various tasks and projects.• Work directly with Production Techs to find “Pain Points” and reduce or eliminate them.• Create Value Stream Maps and “Spaghetti” diagrams of processes and product throughput.• Propose method to increase capacity by 10%.• Evaluate “Current State” and eliminate wastes to create a “Future State” within incoming receiving process and preproduction activities.• Collect data, analyze processes, procedures, and performance (equipment or people).
