Employed by PAGNY for NYC Health Hospitals/ South Brooklyn Health (formerly Coney Island Hospital) , located in Southern Brooklyn, accommodates more than 250,000 outpatient visits, more than 89,000 emergency room visits, and with 371 beds, more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. PAGNY is recruiting for a full time Rheumatologist at H H/South Brooklyn Health

• Provide care for patients with rheumatology related medical conditions directly via outpatient clinics
• Provide rheumatology consults for the inpatient service
• Manage administrative duties, including EMR documentation, timely billing for reimbursement, analysis of quality data and reports, attending meetings and serving on various committees as needed
• Teach and mentor medicine residents, fellows and junior members of the medical team

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited university
• Board-certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine
• Active or NYS Medical License
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Cultural sensitivity to a diverse patient population required
• Previous experience working with an under-served patient population preferred
