Description
Shodair's Medical Records department is looking to add a Release of Information Clerk to the team! The Release of Information Clerk processes requests for protected healthcare information.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Understands the importance of HIPAA
- Is a self-starter
- Is organized and motivated
- Has experience in a medical office, specifically with document scanning
Shodair also offers a highly competitive wage and benefits package, including paid medical and vision insurance, a 6% employer paid 403b contribution, tuition assistance and student loan repayment options! This position starts at $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE;
- Required education and experience—High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
- Preferred education and experience—One year general or medical office experience desired. Experience with document scanning and copying equipment preferred.
