1. Guarantee overall stability and scalability of the technical infrastructure (hardware, software, networking, and communications systems) | 20% |
Ensure the health and availability of all network systems & components Ensure infrastructure systems security, including patching and auditing Ensure proactive monitoring of network and server components Employ backup, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery programs Employ a strategy of maintaining technology lifecycles | |
2. Provide effective support models through internal resources and management of relationships with vendors and outsourced providers | 20% |
