We are looking for a CSR to join our team! The right person, for our agency, has a friendly & professional demeanor as well as excellent communication skills. In this position, you are the first smiling face that the client sees when they come into our office & the first friendly voice they hear on the phone. You will be assisting them by processing their payments, gathering claim information, answering basic policy questions, and making policy changes. When not assisting a client, you will be performing other various office duties both on the computer and off. We are looking for a full-time person but we will consider a part-time position. Opportunities to advance are available, as well!
