The Benefits Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the New York Foundlings employee benefits programs. The Benefits Manager works closely with all members of the Human Resources department; they are supervised directly by the Vice President-Human Resources and indirectly by the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications:Human Resources or related field preferred.
Other Requirements :
A positive, people-oriented personality and excellent writing skills necessary. 2 yrs human resources experience preferred.
