QualificationsBachelor's degree and minimum 3 years experience in the healthcare or clinical trial industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of clinical development principles, theories and concepts and high degree of comprehension of pharmaceutical industry practices, standards and GCP's. Thorough working knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle from protocol development and feasibility through study closeout and reporting. Ability to manage complex, multiple studies simultaneously. Some may be of a global nature. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in medical and scientific terms with vendors, consultants, and peers. Ability to read analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures . Ability to solve problems and deal effectively with a variety of variables in situations of limited standardization. Must be tactful, mature, flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team, multi-task and prioritize in order to complete assignments on time, coach and manage the efforts and development of direct report(s). .
