Summary

Direct and manage the information, data integrity, and technology of Pinthouse as well as manage the Information Technology department and functions of the company. This includes all data centers and warehouses, help-desk, communication networks (voice and data), application development, and computer and technology systems operations.

Plan, direct, implement, and coordinate the strategic plans, policies, and programs for technology and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives. Plan, direct, implement and coordinate activities for multi-team or cross-functional organizations centered on improving business processes and decision-making.

Core Areas of Responsibility:

• Store Level Support of all IT systems and infrastructure

  • Maintain current company hardware and software programs
  • Available and on-call during business operations to support the restaurant teams
  • Manage the IT infrastructure including all restaurant tech stack and SaaS systems
  • Support point of sale changes and team needs
  • Design, manage, and implement new store Point of Sale, networking, and audio-visual buildout
• Admin Level Support of all IT Systems and infrastructure
  • Direct and manage information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules for business including finance data processing, computer services, network communications, telephone systems, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives
  • Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the technology capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives
  • Implement company-wide technology updates
  • Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives
  • Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company
• Security and Compliance for all systems and data
  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry standards, securing the organization's data and technology assets
  • Direct the information and data integrity of the company and its business units
  • Annual and ongoing PCI compliance
  • Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in managing IT departments
• Willing to work flexible schedule
• Experience in strategic planning and execution

• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
• Experience with implementation of information technology in a multi-user and multi-location environment
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years in restaurant or retail environment
• Ability to implement and support audio-visual systems and infrastructure in a restaurant environment
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure.
• Advanced degrees and/or formal certifications in related field

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Commensurate with experience
• Bonus: 15% of base salary, paid out quarterly
