RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking 2 Application Developers for a 6-month contract role with possible extension. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Rochester Hills, MI - 30 minutes from Detroit.
Summary:
This client is looking for 2 Application Developers to help with an ongoing project for one of their existing clients. The Developers will be working on building applications for websites that our client prepares for their customer base. The framework of these applications is already complete (Application framework acts as the skeletal support to build an application).
Responsibilities:
* Test and calibration of screening development
* Framework already done - instructions provided, and applications to be built and applied
* Handling exceptions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in Screen Design using WPF (XAML) on Desktop based applications
* .Net Framework and/or .Net Standard experience
* Data Marshalling experience
* Solid concepts experience
* Experience with: Windows 10 platform; Microsoft; Visual Studio; C#, C (sharp); Gui Software
* Expert in UI Design
* Very good understanding MVVM Design Pattern
* Good understanding of multithreading in .Net in context of updating controls of the screens
* Understanding of Interfaces in .Net
* Understanding of frameworks that allows working with Native DLLs
* Familiar with concepts of design patterns like MVVM, WPF for desktop applications
* Familiar with basic OOP concepts (Data Abstraction, Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Inheritance)
* Able to be productive with minimal guidance
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
