Minute Men Staffing is Hiring an Assembly Worker Near Sebring, OH
Now hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing company in Sebring for 1st shift, 7:30am – 4pm.
Monday – Friday
Weekly pay ranging between $13 - $16, depending on experience.
The Assembly Worker is responsible for building and connecting electrical components to build a product.
Job Duties:
- Follow assembly drawings and work instructions to properly fit electrical components together.
- Measure and cut electrical wires and cables by following wiring diagrams and color-coding standards.
- Mount and secure electrical components and ensure proper alignment.
- Conduct functional testing on assemblies, document results, and make corrections as needed.
- Document any defective or non-conforming components to a supervisor.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Applicants must have their own transportation.
