Forklift Operator duties and responsibilities: Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials. Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments. Relocate items within the warehouse or factory. Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials.
Job requirements:
- preferably veterans
- clean background **(No Felonies or active warrants)**
-*have own transportation
-*pass a drug test
- must know how to operate a forklift. Preferably forklift certify**
- must know how to use a PC keyboard
- experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to stand, sit, squat
- Ability to be exposed to varying temperatures: heat, cold, wet, damp, drafty
- Work around hazardous materials
- May be required to climb ladders and stairs
- Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection
- Utilize muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50lbs
