Responsible for supporting end-users of Telecommunications' services and systems. Receive, prioritize and complete work order requests, answer support questions from end-users, and supporting the PBX, voice mail, ACD and associated systems and applications.
Associate's degree and three years of related experience to the Telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written and oral communications skills required. Must have a strong background and knowledge of telecommunications systems, including telephone systems, voicemail applications, and contact center applications. Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applications.
Experience with telecommunications systems, including unified communications, voicemail, contact center and call accounting applications.
M-F 8am - 4:30pm
