Summary
The Fleet Analyst will take multiple data bases and combine into a single, all encompassing, data platform and ensure ongoing data integrity and actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics and reporting that drives actionable results throughout agribusiness
- Work with the fleet supervisor to create a standard naming convention for all rolling stock and implement the naming convention in the consolidated data base.
- Combine multiple data bases (Wheels, Fixed Asset Register, etc.) into a single, all - encompassing data base
- Assists in administering and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting.
- Manage data integrity of all fleet related information on an ongoing basis
Typical Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university is preferred (Equivalent experience of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role).
Relevant Experience
2-3 years related experience and/or training.
Other Information
- Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet specific regulations, licensing, registration and reporting requirements.
- Understands repairs and preventive maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements.
- May assist with safety training and communication programs
- General understanding of telematics systems
