As aleader in providing integrated behavioral health care and special educationservices, CPC Integrated Health serves a diverse population of youth and adultsthrough a comprehensive system of care designed to provide client-centered,inclusive, and equitable services for those with complex needs.
CPCis a Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demo and expansion site.Licensed by the state of NJ and accredited by the Joint Commission, the agencyprovides high quality and outcomes-oriented services across five sites locatedin Monmouth County which serve over 13k individuals from Monmouth and Oceancounties yearly. Currently, CPC employs 375 staff and has a 40-million-dollaroperating budget.
JobSummary:
CPCis seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to become Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)on our Executive team. This person will assume responsibility for severallocations and will lead the expansion of services for children, adolescents,and families.
Reportingdirectly to the CEO, the CCO will be responsible for strategic planning,program development, and the clinical oversight, training, and accountabilityof staff in their assigned programs.

Qualifications:
At aminimum, the candidate must have completed an advanced degree in a behavioralhealth-related field such as social work, psychology, etc. and be licensed atthe highest level including LCSW, LPC, Psy.D, etc.
AND,have completed at least ten years working with complex populations incommunity-based settings, five of which must include clinical andadministrative supervision and program management. Must have experience withpopulations served by CCBHC, including those with SMI, individuals withSUD and co-occurring disorders, crisis services and youth with SED and theirfamilies.
The preferred candidate will possess the abovequalifications with additional years' experience in senior management rolesincluding time spent specially addressing the needs of SED children and youthand families in a non-profit, community-based setting. Experience with modelsof integrated care is a plus.
Experiencewith public speaking, presenting at conferences and community events andexpertise in professional networking would be beneficial.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverseteams and stakeholders is essential.
Organizationalskills and expertise in technology is critical. Comfort with change and thedesire to be a continuous learner is helpful. A good sense of humor and theability to lead with humility is crucial for long term success in thisposition.
