As a Front Office Associate at Nystrom & Associates' Greenfield, WI clinic you will be the first point of contact for clients - answering phones, cheerfully greeting clients, registering and scheduling clients, collecting co-pays, and acting a liaison between our mental health professionals and our patients.

This is a full-time role with set hours, see shifts below. You will be part of a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy.

You will play an important part in that process by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy to every patient you speak with.
