Job Summary
As BDA continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive sales enablement initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. This position focuses on empowering our sales teams to sell more effectively by developing digital and social assets and implementing processes, tools, and training programs to enhance sales productivity and client engagement. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and maintenance of sales enablement content, including sales decks, playbooks, case studies, and product collateral, as well as manage a cohesive sales enablement roadmap aligned with business goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partners, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance of content across teams.
• Optimize content for various stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with sales leaders and individual contributors.
• Align messaging, processes, and systems to enhance the overall sales experience.
JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS
• Great collaborator with ability to work across organization with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proved experience (7 years) in sales enablement, channel development, or B2B sales.
• Experience with the development of client-facing assets.
