The role reports to the Location HR Business Partner and is located in Senatobia, Mississippi. As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level.

Your responsibilities

  • Performs complex administrative tasks and takes ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs
  • Assists a business/business manager(s) in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents
  • Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date
  • Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiates appropriate action
  • Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks
  • Provides financial support at a business level, which includes monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, and other related tasks
