-Process inhouse payroll for up to 250 employees
-Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
-Manage garnishments and benefits deductions
-track PTO, personal and sick leave
-complete and file Certified Payroll and Union forms for compliance
-Monthly reconciliations and journal entries
-calculate and file payroll taxes
-be the "go to" person for the employees when they have questions
