Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist
2. Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
3. Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
2. Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
3. Three or more years of experience in supervising employees.
4. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
