Job Description

• Primary role is to assist Engineer with subsurface investigations in support of geotechnical design and evaluation efforts
• Some significant time may be spent working with the drill crew logging exploratory borings and evaluating samples in field
• Submitting utilities locates and aiding in preparation of drilling assignments
• Performing laboratory tests needed for engineering analysis
• Preparation of reports under Engineers’ supervision by entering boring logs into software
• Opportunity to learn about Environmental Phase 1 Reports
• Excellent position for someone interested in becoming a Geotechnical Engineer or Geologist

Qualifications

• Engineering or Geology Degree Preferred
