Busy full service restaurant with an existing staff seeking Chef to take us to higher level of quality and profitability. Are you tired of 60 hours per week with no creative outlet? We offer 45 hour week with two days off, paid vacation, 401(k), insurance and a friendly environment. You must be ready to take control of all issues including sanitation, new menu development, recipe standards, training, cost control, inventory control and financial accountability.'
