Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm.
Some Saturdays, 9am-12pm
A local financial institution in Denison, IA is hiring a Bank Teller to join their growing team! This position works both on a team and independently to provide excellent customer service to their members.

Responsibilities :
- Process deposits, withdrawals and cash checks
- Examine checks and determine proper funds availability base don regulation requirements and complete Hold Notices prior to depositing
- Identify and / or question checks and currency for counterfeit possibilities
- Answer member inquiries regarding products and services, interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies
- Cross-sell or make necessary referrals on products and services
- Open new accounts as needed
- Process cash advances
Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous cash handling or sales experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong mathematical and alphabetizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Must have a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Benefits & Pay :
- $13.00 per hour
- Paid every Friday
