Job Description :
Are you a professional multitasker with a knack for spreading smiles? Look no further! Aspire Senior Living of Troy is in search of a Chief Happiness Officer (also known as a CNA) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Spread joy, laughter, and positivity to residents and staff alike.
- Assist residents with daily activities, from personal care to recreation.
- Keep spirits high with your infectious enthusiasm and compassionate care.
- Be a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on for residents who need support.
- Help maintain a fun and uplifting atmosphere in our long-term care community.
Qualifications :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- A big heart, a contagious smile, and a great sense of humor.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and a smile.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in spreading happiness is a plus, but not required!
