Accounts Payable Clerk needed for growing Manufacturing Company!
Job Duties:
Open Daily Mail
Process Daily Receiving Report
Match Invoices with Purchase Orders
Review with CFO invoices to be paid weekly
Prepare and print check and submit to CFO for approval
Audit Freight Bills
Assist in Monthly Closings
Answer all Vendor inquiries
Process credits as needed
Prepare Monthly Commissions and Rebates
Complete credit apps and set up new vendors
Maintain all vendor files and W-9 information
Assist CSR as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
