Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the office
- Ensure phone etiquette and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Director or in a leadership position
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
