Expectations

As a Team Member you are the face of our brand and have more communication with our guests than any other position. You will be a Little Beet brand ambassador, here’s what that means:

Responsibilities:

You will be successful in this role if you’re ready to:

• Greet and connect with guest
• Working well with team members
• Prepare quality food
• Uphold health & safety standards when preparing and storing food
• Uphold The Little Beet policies and procedures
• Ensure proper portioning and plating
• Ensure recipe standards are adhered to
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to develop positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.
• Ability to be solution oriented with a passion and desire to “get to yes”
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Must be at least 18 yrs old to apply
