Job Description
Holy Culture Radio on SiriusXM and holycultureradio.com is hiring.
We are looking for a proven salesperson with a desire to help companies with their growth. If you are excited about selling and have an understanding of digital advertising principles and products, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has experience in developing new customers and managing existing ones, is a relentless hunter for new business, with excellent presentation and closing skills.
If you're looking to grow with a company in a career that helps drive purpose, this is a great opportunity. As an Account Executive, you will join a team-oriented culture.
This is a full-time position with a compensation plan that includes draw and commissions and a benefits package. 2-to-3 years of radio sales are preferred. However, candidates will related experience will be considered.
Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to visit the office weekly in Wilmington, DE, 19802.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: Draw Commission
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of radio sales experience, preferably at the national level.
  • Proven experience in developing national accounts and long-term clients..
  • Desire to win! And meet the client's expectations.
  • Experience in Account Management and knowledge of Marketing Principles.
  • Ability to write reports and develop proposals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Additional Information
Location: Remote. In office/studio for 1-2 days per week
