Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs the duties required to maintain and repair buildings, facilities and equipment
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Essential Functions:
1. Maintains and repairs machinery by using Preventative Maintenance work orders, daily check lists and calls for immediate repairs
2. Troubleshoots, inspects and diagnoses problems and corrects as necessary
3. Installs new power requirements for machinery and replaces broken power receptacles
4. Builds new storage racks for corporate location and all branches
5. Maintains electrical switches, fixtures and lighting in the plant
6. Assists with installation of new machinery
7. Records maintenance and repair work performed
Marginal Functions:
Performs the duties required to contribute to the success of the Cope Team
Physical/Visual Activities or Demands:

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, stand, hear and use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
2. The employee must exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include clarity of vision at 20 feet or more as well as 20 inches or less

Environmental/Atmospheric Conditions:
Exposure to manufacturing and warehouse environment on a regular basis
Wage-$23.00/hr.
Qualifications
Education: Requires a high school education or GED plus additional specialized training in electrical and welding trades. 2 years of Vocational/Technical School preferred
Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of experience in machinery maintenance, electricity and plumbing, knowledge of CNC machines.
