Description
The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch is a private country club located in Boerne of Hwy 46. We are currently looking for a full time receptionist. The position requires a professional appearance and ability to interact in a professional demeanor at all times. Applicants must have an energetic and outgoing personality.
Full Time employees work a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Essential Functions Include:
  • Menu Knowledge
  • Answer phone, take reservations and direct calls
  • Prepare menu design for events
  • All phone calls should be handled with proper telephone etiquette while properly acknowledging a member/guest in front of you who is waiting for you to end your phone call
  • Stand and greet members/guests upon arrival and direct them to proper area calling them by name when possible
  • Extend a fond farewell every time a member leaves thanking them for coming and again calling them by name
  • Responsible for complete and accurate reservations & To-Go Orders
  • Responsible for reasonably accurate information about the Club and/or have information available to you at your fingertips to assist with questions to the best of your ability
  • Converse with members and guests in an outgoing and friendly but professional manner.
  • Act as an extension of the Member Relations Coordinator, Membership Director and Event Coordinator in obtaining prospective member and guest referrals.
  • Complete Guest Cards for walk-ins.
  • Always obtain the name and phone number of the person requesting member information so Membership Director or Event Coordinator can follow up.
  • Make sure work area, coat closet and reception is kept neat and clean
  • Takes and processes employee meal orders
  • Must be able to work weekends and nights

Requirements
Qualification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
  • Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with peers, management, clients, and prospective clients in a professional manner.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and project.
The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch requires a background check for all new hires.
