Job Title: Co-Manager

Overview:

As a Co-Manager, you will work closely with the co-store manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating restocking activities
- Train and develop staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing inventory and controlling stock levels
- Polished phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members
- Experience in training development for staff enhancement
- Previous experience in store management is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial
- Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
