We're looking for an Onsite Specialist , working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Charleston, South Carolina, United States .
- Maintainingcustomer satisfaction through ongoing communication with the customer and by providing outstanding employee relations services to Malone employees onsite
- Reporting KPIs to customer
- Performing client new hire orientation
- Recruiting, Interviewing, and Screening candidates for current and future job openings
- Performing drug screens and background checks as needed
- Verifying past employment of candidates
- Responding to employee and customer inquiries
- Investigating and resolving issues involving temporary associates
- Orientating new employees on company policies and safety expectations

Experience Required for Your Success
- Experience in customer service is required
- Experience within the staffing industry is preferred but not required
- College degree preferred
- Experience with PeopleNet is a plus
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
