Work from home, make your own schedule, and earn up to 104k a year providing mental health care to our clients through our therapist network! We offer a sign-on bonus.

All clients are prescreened, stable, and have low acuity.

Schedule:
- Full-time, or part-time;
- Make your own hours each week;
- Permanently remote.
- Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health
- Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships
- Act as a client advocate and help them define goals
- Evaluate clients’ mental condition and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.
- Full caseload: A personalized full caseload can be established within 14 days.
- Minimal paperwork: We take care of all administration and billing to save you time.
- Unlimited referrals: We match you with clients aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences, and fill your calendar quickly and consistently
- Diversity: we have emphasized building a network of diverse therapists in both skill and background, as we know how important this is for clients and therapists.
- Therapist portal: Online tools and resources are available at no cost to therapists, the full-featured portal is optimized for you based on your licensed state and expertise.
- Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
- Licensing: An independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board, limited/provisional license not accepted:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Sign-on Bonus
- Weekly direct deposit
- $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked
- Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors
