Help at Home is hiring a Lead Recruiting Specialist!
This position is responsible for leading the Field Recruiting function by providing, training, support, and coaching to Recruiting Specialists and Onboarding Specialists. They will collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to create robust pipelines of candidates through traditional and creative efforts. The lead will review performance of team members and work with Manager to create solutions to improve quantity and quality of hires.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience: Prior office experience is required which includes organizing and executing tasks of moderate complexity. Prior recruiting experience is required. ATS experience is strongly preferred. Leadership experience of at least 2 years is strongly preferred.ยท Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
