The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in financial services industry
• Familiarity with Asset Management and the company’s affiliated investment advisors
• You have strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task with an attention to detail
• You have the ability to understand complex regulatory and policy requirements
• You are a validated team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• You are able to evaluate opportunities for improvements in process through technology solutions

At the company, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a company work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
